Sadenda® protect against insects?

Yes, this is one of its main purposes: our curtain is an alternative to the classic insect screen. It is therefore ideal for keeping unwanted insects away from your home or workplace.

Sadenda® suitable for every setting?

Sadenda lends itself to many different uses, thanks to its design and the quality of the materials it is made of. For this reason it adapts perfectly to both outdoor and indoor spaces, whether at home or in your business. What happens if I measure incorrectly and the curtain is too long?

Sadenda can be shortened both in height and in width with the utmost ease. If, instead, it turns out to be too short, we will replace it with one of the correct size. (See the terms of sale).

Is Sadenda® safe?

Absolutely yes. Our curtain is anti-strangulation and is therefore safe for children and our four-legged friends too. Moreover, unlike traditional insect screens, while keeping insects out of the home it does not block the passage of children and pets.

How long does it last?

The average lifespan of a curtain is around 30 years, but several factors must be considered, such as exposure to sun, rain and wind, as well as frequent passage (especially in public premises), which affect the integrity of the cork. A curtain installed in an area not exposed to direct sunlight, or indoors, will therefore last longer.

Is Sadenda® noisy?

The cork it is made of is light and produces a soft, pleasant sound. We recommend mounting it at least 10 cm from the door (if installed outdoors) and tying it back in strong wind to stop it banging against the frame.

Does Sadenda® block too much light?

Absolutely not. Sadenda has a light absorption of 65%. If needed, it is easy to tie back with a cord, or it can be gathered onto itself by making a bow with its side strands.
